Offline, on purpose
There is no card checkout in the portal. Subscription scope, billing period and payment method are agreed with your agency, and the subscription record shows its current dates.
You pay us directly
Agree the billing period and payment method directly with the platform team.
The portal shows the date
Your subscription dates and current status are visible to authorized staff in the portal.
A grace window follows
The company may have a configured grace period. After it expires, access can be restricted until renewal.
Plan for your records
Arrange exports and any data-retention requirements with the platform team before a subscription ends.

- What counts as a seat?
- One staff account that can sign in. A seat counts a colleague, not a pilgrim or booking.
- Can I change plan later?
- A platform administrator can change your assigned plan. Seat limits and optional modules then follow the new assignment; discuss timing and terms with us.
- What happens if I pay late?
- Any configured grace period follows the renewal date. After that period, portal access may be restricted until the subscription is renewed.
- Is there a contract or a minimum term?
- The billing period and any minimum term are set in your agency's agreement. Ask us for the terms before subscribing.
- Which plan do most agencies start on?
- It depends on how many colleagues need access and whether you use Hajj or the cost calculator. We will match those needs to an active plan.
